These terms apply to MotorFlip, run by [company name], [address], KvK [number]. By creating an account you agree to them.

What MotorFlip is

MotorFlip analyses used-car listings and estimates what cars are worth, how far a price can be negotiated, and what repairs might cost. These are estimates from statistical models and asking prices, not advice or guarantees. Always inspect a car, check its history and make your own decision before buying. MotorFlip isn't affiliated with any listing site and isn't a party to any purchase you make.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens with your account.
• One account per person. Don't share Pro access.
• Don't misuse MotorFlip: no automated scraping of MotorFlip, no attempts to get around limits or access other accounts, nothing unlawful.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Plans and payment

• Free is free. Pro is a subscription, paid monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe; prices include VAT.
• A subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings → Plan and billing; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Paid periods aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.
• [Withdrawal right: as a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from a new subscription. If you start using Pro straight away, you agree that this right ends once the service has been fully provided / you pay for the part already used. Have this checked.]
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next period, and you can cancel before then.

Availability and liability

We work to keep MotorFlip available and correct, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance or contain errors. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for decisions you make based on MotorFlip, such as buying a car, or for indirect damage. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms; we'll tell you about important changes in advance. You can stop using MotorFlip and delete your account at any time. Dutch law applies.
